Shawn Smith has served in churches for over 34 years in Oklahoma, Texas, Florida, Georgia, and Arkansas. During this time, he served as a Student Pastor, Campus Pastor, Executive Pastor and Senior Pastor in growing churches. Shawn is a student of leadership and believes in developing the next generation to lead in the church. Married to his wife Tracey for 32 years, they have one son. Shawn is a triathlete, loves music, enjoys reading, and investing in others. He and his family love Northwest Arkansas and love serving the Lord through the local church.
