Matt Stewart
Vice President of Academic Affairs, Professor of Historical and Theological Studies
Matt Stewart has served in local church ministry for over 15 years in Arkansas, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, and Texas. In addition to his experience as an associate and lead pastor, Matt has served as Dean of Spiritual Development/10th Grade Biblical Studies Teacher at Shiloh Christian School and as a practicum instructor with Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has published various articles and reviews with The Gospel Project, The Southern Baptist Journal of Theology, Studies in Puritanism and Piety Journal, and he is currently under contract as an editor for two volumes in The Complete Works of Andrew Fuller. Matt has been married to his best friend Courtney for 15 years and the Lord has blessed them with seven children.
